It has come to our attention that a few random domains in Southcarolina are not accessible using the ‘www’ prefix of the domain. This is due to the ServerAlias Apache directive which has an incorrect configuration.
We are currently investigating the cause of the issue and have a ticket open with cPanel for the same.
A cPanel technician is currently working on the issue and it will be resolved shortly.
We will have an update soon. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
