On Feb 8th from 6:00am EST to 7:00am, we will be performing an upgrade to the network infrastructure that will improve the performance of all servers. This maintenance event will require a brief amount of downtime while servers are rebooted.
While the maintenance window is one hour, we anticipate that the total amount of downtime for your accounts will be about 5 to 10 minutes. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact a member of our support team.
