Clients who have purchased a shared hosting plan are encouraged to email firstname.lastname@example.org or use our online support system which includes a comprehensive knowledgebase and support help. Shared hosting clients may open as many support tickets as they like…there is no limit.
Please note that telephone support is not offered to our shared hosting plans at this time. This is an effort to maintain competitive pricing for these plans. If you require telephone support, we can provide this additional service at $35 per half hour as you have the need for this service.
